KHV / KHI ball valves
Economical shut-off valves for utilities — steam, glycol, water — and CIP areas.
REF · BALL
A cost-effective alternative
A single-chamber ball valve where full hygienic design is not needed — in steam, glycol and water lines.
- Applications: food, pharma, chemicals.
- Stainless steel with PTFE seals.
Two designs
They differ in the ball's open cross-section.
KHV · Venturi
The ball's open cross-section is smaller than the pipe diameter.
DN 10 – DN 100 · 3/8″ – 4″
KHI · integral
Full bore — smooth passage at the pipe diameter.
DN 8 – DN 80 · 2/8″ – 3″
Specifications
Limits for the whole range. Exact figures for a specific unit are given in the selection sheet.
Note
A ball valve has dead spaces that cannot be cleaned. In food processing use it only in CIP areas or utility lines (water, steam, glycol).

Mixproof valves
Two media in one valve — with no risk of mixing.
CPV constant pressure valves
A diaphragm valve that keeps product pressure constant — in separation, pasteurisation, UHT plants and fillers.
RUF3 / VPN check valves
Stop product flowing back in production lines.
