Privacy policy
How we process personal data and which cookies this site uses.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is PHE Technika Cieplna, ul. Załogowa 6, 80-557 Gdańsk, Poland. For anything about your data, write to phe@technikacieplna.pl or call +48 58 573 25 55. Company registration details are on the Contact page.
What data and why
We process the data you enter in the forms on this site (product enquiry, contact, selection forms): name, company, e-mail address, phone number, your message, technical parameters and attached files. We use it to answer your message, select equipment and prepare a quotation: at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest of keeping in touch with customers and business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The forms do not store data on the website; your message is sent by e-mail to our mailbox. The server logs technical connection data (such as the IP address, date and browser type) to protect the site against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
The companies that run the website and e-mail for us (the hosting provider) may process the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
If you agree to show the Google map, Google Ireland Ltd. receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
We keep messages and form data while we handle the enquiry and then until any claims become time-barred. If we enter into a contract, some data is kept for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax and accounting rules).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent to the Google map at any time in the cookie settings; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Is it required?
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.
Cookies
The site sets only one cookie of its own, apv_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. It is essential and needs no consent. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
The Google map on the Contact page appears only after your consent. Google then sets its own cookies (details: Google privacy policy).
You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings (also linked in the footer). You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
